To sign up your team, submit a team application, a parental release form for each member of the team, and the team's recipe. Recipes must be received 2 weeks prior to event for review.

Early bird registration is $35, entry fee will go up to $50 after April 1st. Your entry fee must be sent after your online submission or included with your mailed in submission. Teams must have all paperwork and fees submitted prior to event in order to participate. Please include your Team Name and submit checks made out to AAFA-KC to:

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, Greater Kansas City Chapter (AAFA-KC) and all organizers of Junior Iron Chef Kansas City will exercise reasonable judgment and care in the planning and operation of the event. I understand and agree that AAFA-KC, nor any affiliated parties will not be liable for injuries resulting from accidents or unanticipated occurrences beyond their control. I also understand and accept that volunteers, including other parents, as well as other members of the community will be assisting in overseeing the Junior Iron Chef Kansas City Competition.

In case of illness or accident, I request the organizers of the event to contact me. If I cannot be reached or the emergency contact person cannot be reached at the phone numbers provided, I authorize the organizers of Junior Iron Chef Kansas City to seek emergency medical care or take other action they believe is necessary to protect the best interest of my child/ward. If my child/ward is taken for emergency medical treatment, I hereby authorize the attending physician to administer the emergency treatment s/he believes is appropriate, and I agree to pay any resulting expenses.
